Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated hospitality teammate in a housekeeping role. You will clean rooms and public areas to company standards and ensure linen, towels, and amenities are stocked.

You’ll follow safety procedures and help guests with service needs, while staying informed about the property and surrounding venues. The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations through attention to detail and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas per standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, towels.
• Follow safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel.
• Know hotel properties, services, hours, and surroundings.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, glasses, etc.
• Identify items guests left behind and report per lost-and-found procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
