Job summary

Daly Seven is seeking a Room Attendant / Housekeeper to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and shared spaces, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for travelers. You will uphold high standards, greet guests warmly, and work closely with the housekeeping team to support a smooth operation.

Ideal candidates may have prior housekeeping experience and must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, and climb stairs as part of daily duties. This on-site role emphasizes reliability and care for our guests.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, and regularly go up and down stairs.

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned guest rooms and common areas to high standards as directed by the Head Housekeeper or manager.
• Always speak to guests with courtesy and a friendly smile.
• Report deficiencies to the manager.
• Notify the front desk when a room is ready.
• Complete missing linen reports for every room and promptly return lost and found items.
• Maintain neat, locked storage closets and restock the housekeeping cart; empty trash and clear vacuums at shift end.
• Arrive on time in the correct uniform with name tag and obtain your schedule promptly.
• Act as part of hotel security by remaining alert to hazards and reporting them.
• Keep room keys secure and confidential; never leave on a cart.
• Report maintenance problems to ensure guest comfort.
