HEI Hotels and Resorts is hiring a Hotel Room Attendant for the Renaissance TSQ in Times Square, New York. You will maintain the hotel rooms and building to ensure a safe and clean experience for guests, associates, and vendors.

Duties include cleaning bathrooms and rooms, changing linens, replenishing amenities, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance needs. The role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and clean areas as described in duties.
• Must be willing to pitch in and help coworkers as a team.
• Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to push/pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces.
• Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents.
• Strip beds and change linens, lifting bedspreads up to 50 lbs.
• Dust furniture, pictures, drawers, windows, ledges, shelves.
• Vacuum rooms and empty trash.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms.
• Sign for room keys, retrieve keys, restock heavy cart, inspect room for cleanliness.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
