Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas at our Salt Lake City property.

You will follow cleaning procedures, restock supplies, and report maintenance needs while collaborating with a diverse team to ensure a consistently high standard of guest service.

Qualifications

• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and work in confined spaces.
• Team player who can assist coworkers.
• Knowledge of chemical cleaners and safe handling of equipment.
• Ability to push/pull equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters and floors.
• Strip beds and change linens, lifting bedspreads up to 50 lbs.
• Dust furniture, shelves, and window ledges.
• Vacuum rooms and empty trash.
• Restock amenities and linens in guest rooms.
• Handle room keys and restock carts as assigned.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and sign off on completion.
• Attend work as scheduled and be reliable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
