Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Loading housekeeping carts with supplies
  2. Turning off all electricity (heating or cooling to fan or cool setting)
  3. Stripping beds and dropping linens in laundry for checked-out rooms
  4. Cleaning and preparing rooms for new guests within 25 minutes
  5. Ensuring carts are clean and bottles are labeled correctly
  6. Vacuuming, sweeping, and cleaning room surfaces
  7. Cleaning bathrooms and removing used amenities
  8. Inspecting rooms for hazards and damages
  9. Reporting issues to supervisors
  10. Responding to guest requests and preparing rooms for arrivals
  11. Maintaining cleanliness of storage and stock rooms
  12. Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Previous housekeeping and customer service experience required
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
