Primary Responsibilities:

1. Loading housekeeping carts with supplies
2. Turning off all electricity (heating or cooling to fan or cool setting)
3. Stripping beds in checked-out rooms & dropping linens to laundry before cleaning
4. Cleaning rooms thoroughly within 25 minutes in a fast-paced environment
5. Obtaining signature from the executive housekeeper on work sheets
6. Vacuuming & sweeping carpets & floors
7. Dusting & cleaning decorations, appliances, & surfaces
8. Cleaning bathrooms and removing used amenities
9. Inspecting rooms for safety hazards and equipment issues
10. Reporting lost items, maintenance, or room issues to a supervisor
11. Preparing rooms for arrivals and responding to guest requests
12. Maintaining storage rooms and stocking carts
13. Removing linens and sending laundry
14. Recording room status on work sheets
15. Performing other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

• Previous housekeeping experience required
