Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts in Orlando seeks a Revenue Manager to optimize room and catering revenue by coordinating with the General Manager, DOSM, and Front Office Manager. You will monitor channels, forecast demand, and support pricing decisions across rooms and catering.

You will participate in budgeting and sales plans, prepare revenue reports, and help enhance market share through strategic pricing and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business, Statistics, Marketing, Finance or a relevant field of work preferred.
• Two years revenue management experience required.
• In-depth understanding of tools—spreadsheets, statistical methods for analyzing data.

Responsibilities

• Update and manage selling strategies and product information in all distribution channels and reservation sources.
• Optimize RevPAR by analyzing demand and forecasting to set effective selling strategies and market mix.
• Work with General Manager and DOSM to implement revenue management programs and new initiatives.
