Job summary

T Tulsa Renaissance hotel in Tulsa, OK is seeking a part-time server to join our dining team. You will greet guests, manage dining reservations, take and deliver food and beverage orders, and help with payment processing and tip reporting.

We value a friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for hospitality. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of customer service, restaurant, or cashier experience (preferred).
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage dining reservations, and provide attentive table service
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Process guest payments and ensure proper reporting of tips
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining stations and service areas
• Support team by assisting with phone orders, amenities, and guest inquiries
