Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's Greenville Embassy Suites is hiring for a full-time guest service associate. Greet guests, take and deliver orders, and ensure friendly service throughout their visit.

Schedule reservations, answer calls, assist with events, monitor tables, coordinate with kitchen, and handle guest questions. You will process payments, report tips, keep stations stocked, and help reset tables.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience preferred.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
