Job summary

Home2 Suites By Hilton - Ramsey, MN is seeking a Houseperson to clean and maintain all public spaces and corridors, including lobbies, entrances, elevators, and restrooms. You will help deliver an exceptional guest experience by keeping areas fully stocked, safe, and in good working order.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work alone and complete tasks in a prescribed timeframe.
• Effectively communicate with guests and team members.
• Good eye for detail and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all public spaces of the facility, including entrances, lobbies, elevators, stairs, exercise and pool areas.
• Pick up and remove trash; clean and stock public restrooms.
• Sweep, vacuum, and dust public spaces; clean windows and mirrors.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and respond to guest inquiries as needed.
• Report damage or missing items and participate in deep cleaning programs.
• Assist housekeeping staff with assigned duties as requested.
