Job summary

Atrium Hospitality at Embassy Suites East Peoria is seeking a Full Time Public Space Housekeeper to maintain spotless lobbies, hallways, restrooms and more in a hotel setting. You will tackle deep-cleaning tasks, keep carts stocked, and assist with room-prep duties while ensuring guest comfort.

Ideal candidates have janitorial or hotel cleaning experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or hotel cleaning preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and staying active.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Keep public areas spotless—lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and more.
• Tackle deep-cleaning projects like carpet care and floor polishing.
• Ensure cleaning carts and supply closets are stocked, organized, and guest-ready.
• Assist Room Attendants with restocking linens, removing trash, and prepping rooms.
