Job summary

Stonebridge in Kingwood, Texas is seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of all hotel public areas, including restrooms, lobbies, and elevators, and to support guest services by responding to requests.

The full-time position reports to the Executive Housekeeper and requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• One+ month of related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to complete tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in all public areas of the hotel, including restrooms, lobbies, and elevators.
• Respond to guest requests for items and assist with turndown service as needed.
• Clean back-of-house areas and assist hotel staff as required.
• Maintain inventory levels for public areas and notify supervisor when supplies are low.
• Monitor public areas to ensure a high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
• Perform additional cleaning projects as directed by the supervisor.
