You will assist the housekeeping team by delivering supplies, removing trash, and helping with cleaning tasks throughout the hotel.

The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, flexibility for weekends/evenings/holidays, and a focus on safety and detail in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred but not required.
• Follow safety guidelines and hotel cleaning standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas with strong attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
• Clean and maintain public areas, storage and administrative spaces.
• Deliver supplies and service items to guestrooms on request.
• Dust, vacuum and maintain public areas, hallways, restaurants and rest areas.
• Polish metalwork and furniture in public and administrative spaces.
• Collect soiled linens and transport to laundry; store clean linens properly.
• Vacuum floors and clean restrooms as assigned.
• Remove trash from public and back-of-house areas.
• Clean outside areas including arrival zones and porte‑cochère.
• Replenish supplies in designated areas as needed.
