Job summary

Royal Living Memphis LLC is seeking a diligent Houseman/Porter to keep hotel public areas and back-of-house spaces clean, welcoming, and safe. You will scrub, sweep, mop, vacuum, and restock supplies to ensure a pristine environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include cleaning lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, dusting fixtures, reporting maintenance needs, and assisting with deep-cleaning projects as required.

Qualifications

• Experience with hotel cleaning or janitorial work preferred.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and sanitation standards.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize hotel lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other public areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
• Replenish restroom supplies (soap, towels, tissue).
• Dust furniture, fixtures, windows, and surfaces.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management.
• Assist with deep-cleaning projects as needed.
