Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant in West Lafayette, Indiana. The role involves cleaning and maintaining hotel public areas, delivering supplies to housekeeping staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction through prompt service.

You will assist with laundry, handle waste, and support deep cleaning tasks while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards across the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including lobby, hallways, elevators, stairwells, fitness center, and public restrooms.
• Deliver linens, towels, supplies, and amenities to housekeeping staff as needed.
• Remove trash, soiled linens, and recyclables from guest floors and service areas.
• Assist with laundry operations when required.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping work orders.
• Transport housekeeping carts and supplies throughout the hotel.
• Report maintenance, safety, and security concerns to management.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and special cleaning assignments.
• Maintain housekeeping storage areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Follow all hotel safety, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
