Job summary

The Bismarck Radisson Hotel is seeking a dedicated housekeeper responsible for maintaining all public areas and assisting guests with service requests to uphold our high standards. You will clean lobbies, hallways, restrooms and dining spaces, ensuring a welcoming and spotless environment for every guest.

This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork and adherence to safety policies. You will follow schedules set by the Executive Housekeeper, report maintenance issues, and participate in training

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and clean floors, restrooms, and common areas.
• Dust furniture, fixtures and surfaces; empty trash and restock supplies.
• Assist with snow removal of sidewalks/entryways and support exterior grounds as needed.
• Maintain neat work areas and report maintenance items.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for cleaning or amenities.
