Job summary

Stonebridge seeks a full‑time Houseperson in Watertown, MA to maintain cleanliness of public areas and support the housekeeping team. You will deliver supplies, remove trash, and assist with various cleaning tasks across the hotel to ensure a pleasant guest experience.

The role requires physical ability, flexible scheduling including weekends/evenings/holidays, and strong attention to detail. Join a team dedicated to quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping/cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and hotel cleaning standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness in public areas.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service at all times.
• Clean and maintain public, storage, and administrative areas.
• Deliver supplies to guestrooms and respond to guest requests.
• Dust, vacuum and maintain hallways, restaurants, and rest areas.
• Polish metalwork and furniture in public and admin areas.
• Collect soiled linens and transport to laundry; store clean linens.
• Vacuum floors and clean restrooms as assigned.
• Remove trash from public and back‑of‑house areas.
• Clean outside areas including arrival zones and porte‑cochère.
• Replenish supplies in designated areas as needed.
