Responsibilities include maintaining public areas, handling linens, and delivering amenities while upholding safety standards and company policies. A friendly, guest-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hotel public areas according to White Elephant standards.
• Empty and properly dispose of trash from guest rooms and public areas.
• Strip guest rooms of used linens and prepare them for servicing.
• Deliver requested housekeeping items and amenities to guest rooms promptly.
• Assist the Housekeeping team with linens, supplies, and other daily needs.
• Help ensure public spaces remain clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the day.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns, damages, shortages, or security issues.
• Respond professionally and promptly to reasonable guest requests.
• Communicate guest needs and concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
