Stonebridge Hospitality Management in Houston, TX is seeking a Houseperson to maintain cleanliness of public areas, storage, and administrative spaces, and to support the housekeeping team with supplies and tasks. The role involves delivering items to guestrooms and assisting with various cleaning duties to ensure a pleasant guest experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning public areas, responding to guest requests, dusting and vacuuming, handling linens, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and hotel cleaning standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with guests and team.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
• Clean and maintain all public areas, storage areas, and admin spaces.
• Respond to guest requests by delivering supplies and items to guestrooms.
• Dust, vacuum, and maintain public areas, hallways, restaurants, and rest areas.
• Polish metalwork and furniture in public and admin areas.
• Collect soiled linens and transport to laundry; store clean linens.
• Vacuum floors and clean restrooms as assigned.
• Remove trash from public and back-of-house areas.
• Clean outside areas, including arrival zones and porte-cochère.
• Replenish supplies in designated areas as needed.
