Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group is seeking a House Person in Louisiana to support the housekeeping team by maintaining public areas, delivering supplies, and assisting room attendants. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to lift and move supplies safely.

You will respond to guest requests, help with safety and cleanliness across the hotel, and contribute to a team‑oriented environment with opportunities to grow within hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Friendly, helpful, and team oriented attitude.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Able to lift, push, pull, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Housekeeping or janitorial experience is helpful but not required.
• Flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hallways, elevators, lobbies, and public areas.
• Remove trash and replace liners throughout the hotel.
• Deliver linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies to room attendants.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and room refresh tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, closets, and storage spaces.
• Respond to guest requests when needed.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately.
• Support housekeeping leadership with special projects and daily operations.
