Flynn Hospitality is seeking an Engineer – Preventative Maintenance to join our team. If you’re hands-on, reliable, and eager to grow in a supportive environment, we want to meet you.

As an Engineer – Preventative Maintenance, you will perform scheduled rounds, inspect HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems, log service records, and ensure safety and compliance while supporting guest satisfaction and departmental needs.

Qualifications

• Basic background in general maintenance, building operations, or facilities.
• Willingness to follow preventative maintenance checklists and procedures.
• Attention to detail, dependability, and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Physical ability to lift 25+ lbs, walk the property, and carry tools/equipment.
• Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance rounds across hotel property.
• Inspect and service building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Document work completed, log service records, and report potential issues.
• Ensure all equipment meets safety, brand, and compliance standards.
• Support guest satisfaction by maintaining a safe and functional environment.
• Collaborate with Engineering Lead or Supervisor and support overall department needs.
