Hotel Performance Analytics Manager – Hilton Anatole

The prestigious Hilton Anatole is searching for a Hotel Performance Analytics Manager to join their team!

Spanning 45 lush acres north of downtown Dallas this AAA 4-Diamond property is an icon in the vibrant Design District boasting over 1600 rooms 600000 square feet of banquet space and 6 food and beverage outlets – 3 restaurants a marketplace in-room dining and a seasonal water park.

This position reports to the Director of Finance and works closely with all departments to ensure the success of the operation. The ideal candidate has a background in hotel operations and managing labor/payroll. We are searching for a candidate who has a great personality, strong analytical skills and strong communication skills. Prior Hilton and Unifocus experience is preferred but not required.

What will I be doing?

As a Manager of Hotel Performance Analytics you'll take a consultative lead working on property and reporting directly to the Director of Finance to optimize resources and elevate performance. As our labor expert you'll drive efficiency boost team engagement and ensure guest satisfaction while taking on unique responsibilities tailored to the hotel's business needs.
