Colonial Group in St. Peters, Missouri seeks a Hotel Parking Lot Auditor to maintain a safe, accurate self-parking operation across multiple properties.
This role involves monitoring entry/exit, processing payments, and generating shift and revenue reports. You will assist guests, enforce policies, and report discrepancies while working day, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays. A dependable, detail-oriented candidate will excel.

Base Pay: $18.00 per hour (depending on property)

The posted base-pay rate or range is a good-faith estimate of the wage or salary PMC reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position and listed work location. Starting pay will be within the posted range based on relevant experience, Qualifications, and property assignment. The range covers the expected starting rates at all properties included in this posting.

The Hotel Self-parking Lot Auditor helps maintain a safe, accurate, clean, and organized parking operation. Responsibilities include monitoring parking activity, processing payments, completing reports, assisting guests, enforcing parking policies, and identifying safety or security concerns.
This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, focused, and comfortable working independently in an active parking environment.
Provide professional guest service while maintaining accurate parking and revenue records and supporting a safe, clean, and efficient hotel self-parking operation.
