Qualifications

• Must possess painting and basic drywall skills.
• Prior painting experience required.
• Wallpaper experience required.
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
• Maintain a professional business appearance and attitude.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain (paint, wallpaper, plaster, etc.) all public areas and guest rooms on an on-going basis.
• Keep the hotel decor in good condition.
• Complete all assigned work orders and daily tasks.
• Work as a team to keep back of house areas and equipment in safe, good working order.
• Clean all work areas after completing job.
• Fill out Daily Work form and communicate pass-on information to Engineering.
