Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial, industrial, or residential painting.
• Ability to mix and match paint colors and perform specialized techniques.
• Physical capability to work in high areas, bend, stoop, and lift 50+ pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting and finishing tasks throughout the property, ensuring high-quality results.
• Apply paint to walls, ceilings, doors, frames, and moldings using standard and spray equipment.
• Hang wallpaper, stain and refinish furniture, and complete minor carpentry repairs as needed.
• Maintain color charts and paint samples to ensure consistency across all projects.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent painting needs, ensuring guest satisfaction.
