Responsibilities include preparing surfaces, applying finishes, performing touch-ups, protecting areas, and collaborating with the maintenance team to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in painting or related maintenance roles preferred.
• Knowledge of surface preparation, paints, stains, and finishes.
• Ability to use ladders and painting equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting, including cleaning and priming.
• Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to walls and fixtures.
• Perform touch-ups to maintain consistent quality across areas.
• Protect furniture, floors, and surfaces during projects.
• Assist with basic maintenance and surface repairs as needed.
• Inspect completed work for coverage and neat edges.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean workspace.
• Coordinate tasks with the maintenance team to prioritize projects.
• Respond promptly to painting requests and cosmetic repairs.
