Help drive operational and financial goals, manage labor costs, and ensure an unforgettable guest experience in true MGM Resorts style. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Collaborate with Senior Hotel Operations Manager to drive strategic initiatives and enhance hotel operations.

  • Lead the development and implementation of Front Desk, Guest Services and Front Services policies, procedures, training programs.

  • Provide leadership in guest experience by maintaining and elevating service standards.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience in the direction and management of employees.
  • Passionate about self-motivation and seeking professional growth.
