Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hotel management.
• 3–5 years of hotel management experience, front‑of‑house or rooms operations.
• Strong knowledge of revenue management, financial analysis and budgeting.
• Proficiency with property management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations focusing on front‑of‑house and housekeeping.
• Provide market analysis and local event forecasts to optimize occupancy and rates.
• Support sales by informing front office and reservations about rate structures.
• Train and motivate front desk staff in front office, revenue management, and service.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting operating expenses and labor costs.
• Maintain profit margins by adjusting controllable expenses.
• Administer cash handling, AP/AR and payroll in GM's absence.
• Train staff to deliver guest services per company standards.
• Manage guest loyalty programs and ensure policy compliance.
• Recruit, select and motivate associates, guiding guest service.
• Assist in maintenance and quality control programs.
• Collaborate with GM on challenges and improvement strategies.
