Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years management experience in a full-service hotel.
• Proven time management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead multiple departments and ensure compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Front Desk and Housekeeping operations.
• Supervise Front Desk Supervisor and Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Ensure Hilton brand standards and operational excellence.
• Lead daily operations with hands-on support during high-volume periods.
• Collaborate across Front Office and Housekeeping to improve guest experience.
• Recruit, coach, and develop supervisors and hourly team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching conversations.
• Monitor labor productivity, scheduling, and payroll within budget.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton, Davidson Hospitality, and company policies.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and service recovery opportunities.
