Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional hotel leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• Able to complete a satisfactory background check.
• Available to work flexible hours including weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of hotel personnel including hiring, training, performance reviews, wages, coaching and scheduling.
• Ensure effective labor management with cost-efficient schedules and forecasting.
• Coordinate with P+C on wage payment, tips, service charges and incentives.
• Manage inventory, ordering, par levels and monthly counts.
• Collaborate with F&B and Sales to drive events, menus and guest satisfaction.
• Direct banquet event preparation and on-site guest services to meet standards.
• Develop and maintain inside sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue.
• Oversee cash handling and financial controls.
