Overview

General Hotels Corporation is seeking a skilled Hotel Night Manager to join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn Jeffersonville. The Night Manager will be responsible for balancing and auditing revenue reports, assisting with report preparation, and managing guest services during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

1. Complete and transmit accounting reports and supporting documents
2. Act as hotel system liaison during night hours
3. Perform all guest service functions as required
4. Assist in booking room reservations
5. Answer hotel phone calls

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required
• Experience in a similar hotel position preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
• Hospitality-oriented demeanor
• Willingness to go above and beyond for guests with a professional, positive attitude
• Strong phone and computer skills
• Ability to work overnight on a full-time basis
• Ability to read and speak English
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Availability to work Monday and Tuesday nights
