Description

Our property is seeking a night auditor to join our growing group of hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to financial details, a genuine love of interacting with people, and a superior commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous hotel experience is not required but guest service experience is highly preferred. Responsibilities

• Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and the general manager.
• Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property.
• Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required.
• Execute front desk duties such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed.
• Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records including room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentages.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills are required.
• Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired.
• Overnight shift; requires flexible hours.
• Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

Compensation

$18.50 - $19 per hour, based on experience.
