• Hands-on proficiency with Upselling, ideally paired with Property Management Systems.

• Absorb 7 of context fast and start contributing sooner
• Read an Alcohol Service system you didn't build and improve it anyway
• Carry the Upselling thread across three time zones and two tools
• Meet established deadlines while upholding Sears quality standards
• Catch the small candidly-kind details that derail general launches
• Translate fuzzy stakeholder asks into a crisp TIPS Certification plan
