•Manage hotel operations tomaximize profitability and toensure superior guest experience.
•Identify and implement strategic performance drivers to optimize commercial performance, to attract and retain travelers.
•Create a performance-driven culture that meets the business objectives of key stakeholders: guests, employees, owners, and Accor.
•A strong capacity for engagement, organisation, and resilience is a prerequisite.
•Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hotel Manager, Resident Manager, Executive Assistant Manager, with strong experience in the Rooms department.
•High degree of professionalism with a strong understanding of hotel operations and business acumen.
•Great interpersonal and communication skills in English and a European additional language.
