Job summary

Stonebridge in Austin, TX is seeking a Maintenance Attendant to support hotel maintenance operations, ensuring facilities and equipment function properly. You will assist with preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep to create a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance on refrigeration, heating, plumbing, and A/C equipment, monitoring utility usage, logging findings, and following OSHA lockout-tagout and safety

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of maintenance systems including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Ability to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
Familiarity with safety procedures including lockout-tagout.

Responsibilities

Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
Assist with maintenance and preventative tasks across refrigeration, heating, plumbing, and A/C units.
Monitor utility consumption and report issues to the Chief Engineer.
Ensure maintenance projects are completed on time and to specifications.
Follow OSHA safety procedures, including lockout-tagout, and log findings from checks.
Perform preventative maintenance in guest areas and public spaces as scheduled.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and storage areas.
