Job summary

Stonebridge is hiring a Maintenance Attendant to support hotel maintenance operations in Glendale, CO. You will ensure facilities and equipment function properly, perform preventative maintenance and repairs, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

The role requires basic maintenance knowledge, ability to work independently, and adherence to safety procedures. Starting pay is $20.00/hour with full-time hours and evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of maintenance systems including refrigeration, heating, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
• Familiarity with safety procedures including lockout-tagout (LOTO).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
• Assist with maintenance and preventative tasks for refrigeration, heating, plumbing and A/C units.
• Monitor energy consumption and report issues.
• Complete projects on time and per specifications.
• Follow OSHA safety procedures including lockout-tagout.
• Perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.
• Log findings from equipment checks and report safety concerns.
