Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician to maintain guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas to property standards. You will perform a variety of repairs, inspections, and safety checks to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and staff.

The role involves physical tasks, collaboration with team members, and providing excellent guest service while supporting hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance or engineering experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety standards, tools, and equipment operation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and handle repairs independently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms, meeting rooms and public spaces per property standards.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces; repair walls, cabinets and fixtures.
• Remove/replace appliances and perform basic carpentry tasks.
• Inspect electrical, plumbing, HVAC and safety systems; report issues.
• Conduct periodic safety and security audits and maintain inventories.
• Assist guests and staff; provide courteous, timely service.
• Follow safety policies and participate in required trainings.
