Job summary

ARK is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve and service hotel amenities including pools, fitness areas, meeting spaces, and guest rooms. You will support preventive maintenance and assist with mechanical/electrical systems such as pumps and motors to ensure smooth hotel operations.

The role requires knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs, plus availability for on-call hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• PMS Rooms Management and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Ability to work on-call hours, including weekends.
• Reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks for pools, fitness areas, and meeting spaces.
• Address repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and landscaping.
• Maintain guest rooms, public areas, and mechanical systems for smooth operations.
• Assist with pool, sauna, and fitness center maintenance while adhering to safety regulations.
• Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces for efficiency.
