Job summary

Stonebridge, Glenwood Springs, Colorado, is seeking a Maintenance Attendant to support hotel maintenance operations. The role involves preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and ensuring equipment functions properly in guest areas and back-of-house spaces.

Responsibilities include performing scheduled maintenance, monitoring utilities, and adhering to OSHA safety standards. Availability for evenings, weekends, and on-call emergencies is required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of maintenance systems (refrigeration, heating, plumbing, electrical).
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
• Assist with maintenance and preventative tasks for refrigeration, heating, plumbing, A/C, and hotel equipment.
• Monitor utility consumption and report issues.
• Complete maintenance projects on time and per specs.
• Follow safety procedures including lockout-tagout per OSHA.
• Log and report findings from maintenance checks.
• Respond to emergencies and assist as needed.
• Maintain workspace cleanliness and organization.
