Fairfield Inn & Suites Philadelphia Broomall/Newtown Square is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to keep the property safe, clean, and inviting for guests. You will perform preventative maintenance, handle repairs across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, and ensure life-safety systems are up to standard.

Candidates should have experience in hotel or facilities maintenance, be able to troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks, and communicate clearly

• Experience in hotel or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to prioritize requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong safety and workmanship standards.
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, public spaces and back-of-house areas.
• Troubleshoot and address plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to service requests and resolve guest concerns with care.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs before they affect guests.
• Support life-safety systems and exterior grounds as applicable.
• Coordinate with hotel leadership, housekeeping, front desk, and outside vendors to keep operations moving smoothly.
• Uphold brand standards and safety procedures and all applicable regulations.
