Hotel Equities in West Hollywood, CA, is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for the Chamberlain West Hollywood. This role supports hotel operations, life safety programs and maintenance tasks to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include logging requests, coordinating with management, supervising contractors, and adhering to procedures. A high school diploma and at least one year of experience, plus solid communication and basic computer skills, are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Must read/write and communicate effectively.
• Team environment with no direct supervision.
• Good verbal and written communication; basic computing ability.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical preferred.

Responsabilités
