Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a maintenance role servicing HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Hotel maintenance experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Self-directed and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctioning electrical and mechanical systems and equipment.
• Review maintenance problems, complaints and work orders to prioritize and schedule tasks.
• Proactively inspect property to identify potential and current needs.
• Plan and execute ongoing maintenance programs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on a scheduled basis.
• Maintain the building exterior.
• Listen and respond to guests’ maintenance requests.
