Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair tasks related to ceilings, walls, and assorted fixtures.
• Install or repair sheetrock and other wall coverings; perform painting of designated areas.
• Replace basic electrical fixtures, light switches, receptacles, bulbs and fixtures; perform minor plumbing tasks.
• Focus on guest satisfaction and follow Service Recovery Guidelines; contribute to guest satisfaction scores.
