Job summary

A leading hotel chain in Matteson is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to ensure the hotel’s facilities and guest rooms remain in excellent condition. The ideal candidate will have hotel maintenance experience, particularly with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Responsibilities include routine maintenance tasks and responding to guest requests to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. Flexibility with work hours, including weekends, is required. Qualifications

• Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred, Hilton experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct daily property walks to identify and address repair needs.
• Maintain pool, fitness center, and other facility equipment.
