Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to perform general hotel upkeep, repairs, and preventive maintenance across multiple guest rooms and public areas. The role involves coordinating with vendors, tracking inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

You will handle plumbing and electrical systems, conduct room PMs, and participate in weekly property walks. A CPO certification and 6 months to 1 year of hotel maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months–1 year hotel maintenance experience.
• Hospitality-focused with a passion for guest experience.
• Ability to perform Daily Maintenance Engineer Checklist.
• Proficient in maintaining plumbing and electrical systems.
• Identify and report needed repairs to parking lot and sidewalks.

Responsibilities

• Handle equipment repairs and coordinate with vendors for bids.
• Complete warranty submittals to corporate maintenance staff.
• Complete monthly maintenance inventory and submit supply orders.
• Conduct room PMs with support of maintenance personnel.
• Maintain logs and records of maintenance and inspections.
