Job summary

Stonebridge is seeking a Maintenance Attendant in Warren, New Jersey to support hotel maintenance operations. The role covers preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and daily upkeep of facilities and equipment to ensure guest comfort and safety.

You will work under the Chief Engineer, handling refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general upkeep while maintaining safety practices and accurate logs. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of maintenance systems including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
• Familiarity with safety procedures, including lockout-tagout.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs as scheduled.
• Monitor energy consumption and report issues as needed.
• Maintain and log equipment findings and status.
• Follow safety procedures in alignment with OSHA standards.
• Assist with on-call emergencies as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and storage areas.
