Job summary

Concord is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team. You’ll ensure hotel equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently, and assist with preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the property’s facilities to support a great guest experience.

In this role you will collaborate with the Engineering team to perform routine maintenance, lead by example in safety, and respond promptly to maintenance requests with professionalism and courtesy, helping create a safe,

Qualifications

• 2 years: General Maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Reliable, team-oriented and customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues with professionalism.
• Support other departments when needed and follow all emergency and safety procedures.
