Job summary

Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, repairs to plumbing, electrical systems, painting, and coordinating with supervisors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance or related work experience.
• Knowledge of chemical handling and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel building and equipment to keep guest rooms in working order.
• Keep public areas in good repair and mechanically sound.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and correct as needed.
• Communicate status of repairs to supervisor and complete department paperwork.
• Provide guest service and meet scheduling needs including nights, weekends and holidays.
