Job summary

Lodgco Hospitality is seeking a skilled Maintenance person for Hyatt Place Lakewood Ranch. You will keep the property running smoothly with preventative care and upkeep, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, repairing equipment, performing inspections, and coordinating with management to complete special and ongoing projects. This on-site role requires attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Some maintenance experience preferred.
• Hotel experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance work orders from guests, employees, and supervisors.
• Maintain, repair, and overhaul equipment and property; report problems to the General Manager.
• Paint walls, ceilings, fixtures, building and equipment to prevent corrosion.
• Walk the property daily to inspect and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
