Position: Hotel Maintenance Technician

We’re currently seeking a skilled and motivated Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you’re a detail-oriented problem-solver who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and efficiently troubleshoot issues
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and resolve potential problems
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall hotel operations
• Maintain the hotel’s landscaping and outdoor areas
• Monitor and manage inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and timely service
• Oversee operation and upkeep of boilers, water heaters, and mechanical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms and public areas to minimize downtime
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repair work
• Maintain pool and spa facilities, including chemical balance and cleanliness (if applicable)
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations, including after-hours calls
• Contribute to planning and executing the hotel’s maintenance budget and schedule
• Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
• Keep maintenance areas, tools, and storage spaces clean and organized
• Train and support junior maintenance staff as needed
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal or storm preparation

Qualifications
